Mechanical seals

Face seals used in rotating equipment are commonly used in glanded pumps. We offer simple spring seals as well as more complex package and modular seals. The seal restricts the flowing medium through a pair of two rings. One ring is permanently mounted in the housing (the moving ring), while the other (the rotating ring) is mounted on the shaft. The rings are pressed together by elastic elements. Mechanical seals are an example of leak-free seals. They are a good solution for media containing solid particles, including abrasive particles. Mechanical seals are a universal solution for operating in harsh conditions.
