Rubber compensators
Kompensatory gumowe służą do redukcji wewnętrznych naprężeń instalacji wywołanych przez występujące w nich ciśnienia, obciążenia termiczne, wibracje czy też inne ruchy fizyczne. Przeznaczone są do przejmowania przemieszczeń pracujących układów takich jak: osiowe, kątowe oraz poprzeczne.
The construction of rubber expansion joints is primarily based on elastomeric materials, which, depending on the loads encountered within the installation, are reinforced with synthetic materials that form a cord and steel rings that stabilize their operation.
We offer a wide range of materials used in the construction of rubber expansion joints, such as EPDM, NBR, SBR, Butyl, Neoprene, Hypalon, and Viton.
Expansion joints can also be manufactured with an internal PTFE layer.

Expansion joints are available with fixed and swivel flanges.
Flange materials: hot-dip and electro-galvanized carbon steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel, and aluminum. Additionally, expansion joints can be equipped with side ties to control the design length and prevent excessive expansion. For applications involving abrasive media, the use of internal guide covers is recommended.
Each compensator selection should be approached individually, taking into account the following relationships:
Geometric dimensions,
occurring system displacements,
occurring pipeline supports,
pipeline alignment,
occurring medium – proper material selection,
occurring pressures and temperatures.
